Cindy Olznoi (Owner / Director) : 

Cindy began dancing at age 4 at Kelly's School of Dance in Joliet which later became Beth's Dance Academy (BDA Dance).  She trained there throughout high school as well as taking classes at River North Dance Studio in Chicago.  She began assistant teaching at 16 at Beth's as well as Carolyn's Toe & Tap.  She continued teaching and started the TNT Dance Company in the early 1990s.  She eventually became owner of TNT Dance Studio where she teaches pointe, ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop. 

Ashley Tondini (Acrobatic Instructor):

 Ashley studied dance as well as acrobatics at Carolyn's Toe & Tap. She graduatied from Morris Community High School where she was a member of the MCHS pom squad.  She also was a member of the TNT Dance Company.   She became an assistant teacher to Carolyn and eventually began teaching her own classes.  Her style of acrobatics includes many flexibility exercises and control tricks. 

Laura Thompson (Instructor):

    Laura started dance at Carolyn's Toe & Tap at age 4.  She became a TNT Company dancer at age 8 and continued to train there until she was 18.  She attended Morris Community High School and was a member of the varsity pom squad for 4 years receiving 8 State Championships.  After graduating from MCHS, Laura auditioned for and received dance scholarships at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.  She graduated from SIUE in 2008 with a B.S. degree in theater and dance with a dance emphasis.

Tayler Andrjeski (Instructor):

Tayler began her dance training at Carolyn's Toe & Tap at age 3.  She continued to dance there throughout high school.  Tayler was a member of TNT Dance Company from age 8 through 15.  She recieved numerous scholarships and awards in her competition career.  She began assistant teaching with Carolyn and Cindy at age 13 and now has her own classes.  She is a graduate of Coal City High School.
